Accomodation
The organizers have negotiated special rates for Conference participants in several hotels. These range from exclusive to tourist class and are located in either the vicinity of the University of Warsaw or are well connected by public transportation. Information regarding hotels will be given in the second circular.

We have reserved 20 "standard Classic" rooms which cost per night:
495 PLN (~120 EURO) for 1 person rooms
555 PLN (~135 EURO) for 2 person rooms
Individual reservations need to be made until 30.04.2015. After this date reservations will still be available at preferential rates but only if rooms will still be available. 25 rooms are reserved. Individual reservations are possible until the 15.08.2015 using the phrase "AP 2015". Preferential rates are also available for participants coming in earlier than 15.09.2015. Costs per night:
260 PLN (~ 60 EURO) for 1 person rooms
290 PLN (~ 68 EURO) for a double bed rooms
300 PLN (~ 71 EURO) for a single business standard room
330 PLN (~ 80 EURO) for a two person business standard room

280 PLN (~ 65 EURO) for 1 person rooms
330 PLN (~ 80 EURO) for 2 person rooms
370 PLN (~ 90 EURO) for a double bed room
430 PLN (~100 EURO) for 3 person rooms
