Oral presentations guidelines

Oral presentations can not be longer than 15 minutes. The conference hall is equipped with a digital data projector system. To use the digital data projector system, the organisers will provide a PC with Windows and Powerpoint. Personal laptops may be used as well, although to save time (and the hassle of connecting equipment) the organisers highly recommend using the provided equipment for presentations recorded earlier on USB memory. Please keep in mind that the accepted language of the conference is English.

A 15 minut discussion is foreseen at the end of each block of papers (4 to 6 papers).
